business days, and tracking is sent by email after the carrier scans the package.

Choose a product, pick a delivery frequency, and we ship it automatically. You can
skip, pause, swap items, or cancel from your account anytime.
Unopened items can be refunded within 60 days. If an item arrived damaged or your pet
cannot use it, contact us and we will help with the next step.
Orders over âš49 ship free in the United States. Autoship orders also ship free, even
when the order total is below the standard threshold.
Sign in, open Account, choose Autoship, select the subscription, and choose Cancel. You
can also pause or change the next delivery date.
Look for formulas marked Puppy, Kitten, or All Life Stages. Adult formulas are not
always appropriate for pets under 12 months.
We rotate stock weekly and check expiration dates before orders leave the warehouse.
Dry food bags are shipped sealed and stored in climate-controlled facilities.
Send us your order number and a photo of the issue. We can replace the item, refund it,
or help you choose a better fit.
